in my mind
My beautiful dark fantasy is deep passionate artistic and creative, BUT it’s not a classic. The album starts out with a short rhyme style poem from Nicki Minaj, that gives you insight on what the album is about. “you might think you’ve peeped the scene, you haven’t the real one is far too mean….”. To really understand the album the listener should keep the introduction in their minds as they traverse through the music. Kanye West still has an ear for sound and production wise this album is top notch. If you are one of those people who listen to the beat and let the lyrics simply sink to your subconscious mind then grab some headphones and enjoy the symphony.  For those who do actually listen to the lyrics then you may not be as satisfied. There are no lyrically hard hitting, or lines that make you say damn, BUT there are some deep meaning songs and lines. Gorgeous ft Kid Cudi has a very melodic and catchy beat and Cudi owns the beat, Kanye raps about racism, and himself(his favorite topic). Runaway has a very nice beat and although Kanye doesn’t sound too good singing he is definitely passionate on this one. This one he means. For anyone listening to the lyrics; you can’t deny that kanye has become a little more outspoken about; for lack of better word evil. A prime example would be the last verse in dark fantasy: “At the mall there was a seance/just kids no parents/then the sky filled with herons/I saw the devil in a chrysler LeBaron/” In the song devil in a red dress, at one point Kanye just say’s “Satan, satan, satan…” Again remember Nicki Minaj’s introduction. SO here it goes the final score for ye’s album. Production: 10/10, Lyrics 6.5/10 creativity 8/10 and lastly originality 6/10. Now before all the Kanye stans start mobbing let me explain the lower scores. Lyrically kanye just wasn’t there, Jay-z might’ve had the best verse on the album. And originality, well for one this album is short and jam packed with features; not very original. Final score: 7.6/10—seems about right.

How the hell did I miss this!? There are soooo many EVIL symbols presented here, but I am going to focus on the most detestable. There is a very dark and evil story told here. The man you see there is none other than Aleister Crowley. You can look him up, but his own mother nicknamed him “beast 666”. In this image Crowley is staring at michaels cold dead hand, and standing on his hand is a naked boy, covering his nakedness with the skull of a dragon. In crowley’s book 777 he stated “For the highest spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest force. A male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory and suitable victim” I bet you’re asking, victim of what? The answer is HUMAN SACRIFICE! Michael is presenting this child to be sacrificed to Satan!(the dragon) also note that many followers of golden dawn, Crowley’s society believed in sodomizing their victims…
